Financial Client Associate Location On-Site | 2884 N. Monroe St, Decatur, IL 62526 Employment Type Full-Time Compensation $35,000+ annually Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors. Position Overview The Financial Client Associate (FCA) serves as a key support partner to our financial advisors and senior staff by managing client service requests, account administration, front-office client interactions, compliance-related tasks, and daily operational activities. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys being an integral part of a collaborative team. This is a fully in-office position that offers exposure to all aspects of a successful wealth management practice. Key Responsibilities Client Service Serve as a primary point of contact for client requests and account-related inquiries. Answer incoming calls and welcome clients, prospects, and business partners with professionalism and warmth. Prepare meeting materials and ensure timely follow-up on client action items. Maintain accurate client records and CRM data. Support client engagement initiatives, correspondence, and gifting programs. Account Administration & Operations Open and maintain client accounts while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Process transfers, deposits, distributions, and other account transactions. Monitor workflow systems and team inboxes to ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain client documentation and handle sensitive information with discretion. Ensure adherence to firm and industry compliance requirements, policies, and procedures. Practice Support Assist with appointment scheduling and client appointment coordination as needed. Assist with recurring account reviews, reporting, and data reconciliation. Support marketing initiatives, sponsorships, and business development activities. Provide operational and administrative support to advisors and team members as needed. Contribute to an organized and professional office environment. Project & Event Support Assist with client appreciation events and special projects. Support onboarding activities and other operational initiatives as needed. Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining ownership of recurring responsibilities. Candidates with a proven track record of professionalism, client service, and operational excellence are strongly encouraged to apply.
