Job Description
Account Management Representative Job Responsibilities Learn Federal Motor Carrier Safety Association (FMCSA) regulations. Interact with clients by answering phone calls promptly, responding to emails within a timely manner. Advise trucking companies on safety regulations. Log detailed notes into company software as they are completed. Make daily inbound and outbound calls. Get to know clients and company issues. Provide customers with updates when needed. Update and maintain electronic customer records including contact details, issues, and resolutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Manage multiple trucking accounts. Analyze progress and set goals to improve client satisfaction. Participate in regular staff meetings, trainings, and report on any customer issues. Resolve complaints and customer problems in an efficient and friendly manner.
