Associate Account Manager - Lincolnwood, IL (In Person)
Salary Exempt Pay Range:
$60,000 - $70,000 JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the Director, Account Management, the Associate Account Manager is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of approximately 40-60 client accounts and supporting the successful coordination and execution of weekly and monthly clinical hydration services across assigned facilities. This office-based position serves as a primary day-to-day point of contact for facility leadership, regional operators, and clinical teams, ensuring strong communication, operational consistency, and overall client satisfaction. The Associate Account Manager plays a critical role in maintaining account retention, supporting census growth, identifying operational barriers, and ensuring smooth clinic coordination within assigned accounts. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience within a skilled nursing, senior living, or long-term care environment and possess strong relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills. This position requires approximately 30% travel within assigned territories, with no nights or weekends required.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a portfolio of approximately 40-60 active client accounts Serve as a primary operational point of contact for assigned facilities and regional teams Build and maintain strong relationships with facility leadership, regional operators, physicians, and nurse practitioners Coordinate and oversee weekly and monthly clinic scheduling within assigned accounts Partner closely with the Director, Account Management to support account retention and program growth Conduct facility re-trainings and operational support meetings as needed Assist facilities with workflow education, clinic preparation, and program utilization Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to increase participation and census growth Troubleshoot operational concerns and collaborate cross-functionally to implement solutions Maintain accurate CRM documentation, account activity notes, and reporting Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, and Business Development teams to ensure smooth clinic execution Support provider engagement and communication efforts within assigned facilities Travel to facilities within assigned regions for relationship management, trainings, and operational support Participate in company meetings, trainings, and departmental initiatives Maintain updated knowledge of company services, workflows, and operational expectations
REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES
Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Comfortable working within CRM systems and operational reporting tools Professional and customer-service-oriented demeanor Ability to work collaboratively across departments Adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare environment Skilled nursing, senior living, or long-term care experience strongly preferred
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 1-3
years of experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, healthcare operations, or account management preferred Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required based on relevant experience Experience working directly with facility leadership or healthcare operations preferred
ENVIRONMENTAL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Approximately 30% travel required within assigned territories Full-time, office-based position located in Lincolnwood, Illinois No routine nights or weekends required Walking, standing, sitting, reaching, bending, lifting, and extended computer use required, with or without reasonable accommodation Meet all health requirements as needed
