Initiate conversations with customers about switching, upgrading, or enrolling in Verizon wireless cellphone plans Clearly explain plan options, device features, pricing, and current promotions Manage customer accounts according to their wireless needs, following through for activation and service completion Assess customer needs and recommend the most suitable wireless cellphone plans Guide customers through the enrollment and activation process step-by-step Address questions or objections confidently and professionally Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed sales Qualifications of the

Entry Level Account Representative:
