Job Description

Yellowstone Landscape seeks an Account Manager to oversee key commercial landscaping and construction clients. In this client-facing role, you will manage contracts, budgets, and schedules while ensuring safe, high-quality delivery of landscape installation, enhancement, and maintenance projects. Partner with operations and field teams, conduct site walks, and proactively address issues and upgrades. Ideal candidates bring strong relationship-building, construction or landscape experience, and a passion for outdoor, hands-on work in a growing company. Responsibilities Manage assigned commercial landscaping and construction accounts as primary client contact Coordinate scheduling and delivery of landscape construction, installation, and enhancement projects Prepare estimates, proposals, and change orders for construction and maintenance services Monitor job progress, quality, safety, and contract compliance on active sites Partner with operations and field crews to plan labor, materials, and equipment needs Conduct regular site walks with clients to identify issues, upgrades, and value-add opportunities Track budgets, margins, and job costs; address variances proactively Resolve service issues quickly while maintaining strong client relationships Ensure adherence to safety policies and industry standards on all projects Support new business growth through upselling, referrals, and renewals Required Skills Account management Commercial landscaping knowledge Construction project coordination Estimating and proposal development Contract management Budgeting and cost control Client relationship management Job site safety practices Scheduling and resource planning CRM or account management software
