As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for flawlessly executing projects and client service deliverables while managing a book of business for Retirement Services clients. You play a crucial role in client retention by collaborating with various stakeholders to provide customized service and build strong relationships. With a deep understanding of plan design, compliance, and industry best practices, the Account Manager communicates effectively with retirement plan participants and leads educational sessions. Additionally, they mentor Client Service Representatives and work with the Client Services Director to enhance team efficiencies and improvements. Our future colleague. We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: Leverages knowledge of employer-sponsored retirement plans to communicate plan design, regulatory obligations, and options to clients, ensuring they understand and complete necessary compliance tasks Acts as a liaison between clients and recordkeepers to resolve issues, oversees client onboarding, and manages transitions while maintaining strong relationships Collaborates with clients on employee education needs and effectively manages time to prioritize client service and meet organizational expectations Partners with the recordkeeper/provider service team to manage new business implementation and ongoing client maintenance, while proactively evaluating plan design, staying current on industry trends, and fostering positive relationships with both clients and service providers Engages in regular team meetings to discuss accounts and service needs, trains and mentors team members, communicates effectively to support workflow, and fosters strong relationships with colleagues and industry partners while participating in ongoing professional development These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: 2+ years of Account Manager experience servicing/supporting employer-sponsored retirement plans Series 65 obtained upon hire BS/BA in Business or related field
