What You Will Do:
Understands the customer's needs and expectations to make sure quotes meet the customer expectations Correctly negotiates delivery and price with customer to get proper balance of customer satisfaction and profitability Demonstrates good judgment when deciding what written information is required by the customer Identify and communicates needed changes to standards, considerations and tools (software, computers, and workspace, etc.) that eliminate repetitive errors or inefficiencies Documents future opportunities where immediate interface with salesperson is not wanted Work and setup tradeshows (order services and booth items) Regular travel is required to maintain to maintain accounts and solicit new customersWhat You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in the fields of engineering or technical project management 3 or more years' experience as a salesperson, project manager or coordinator involving direct customer interface with projects in automation or engineer-to-order industry Experience using CRM software Advanced skills using MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Basic skills to navigate SolidWorks viewer, AutoCAD viewer What Haumiller Engineering compensation decisions are based on relevant factors such as job-related skills, experience and education or training.
