The Client Relations Manager is responsible for managing key client accounts, strengthening relationships, ensuring service excellence, and supporting operational teams. This role plays a critical part in client retention, service optimization, and overall client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and nurture strong, long term client relationships
- Understand client needs and provide tailored service and solutions
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client support
- Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvement strategies
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand client engagement
- Track client issues, follow up on resolutions, and ensure timely communication
- Prepare reports, updates, and presentations for leadership and clients
- Support overall client success initiatives
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in client relations, account management, customer success, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal communication, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and conflicting priorities
- Problem solving mindset with a high level of professionalism
- Experience working cross functionally with internal teams
- Proficiency in CRM tools (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and route management software
