Job Description
Stone Belt is currently looking to hire a motivated, caring person to serve as a Supervised Group Living (SGL) QIDP in our Bedford location. The QIDP acts as a liaison to the program participants for all community integration and is responsible for the general operation of assigned local group homes. This full-time position includes the full-suite of Stone Belt's benefits, including: health/life/vision/dental insurance, 401k with company matching, PTO, weekly or even daily pay, cell phone discounts, and more. As a QIDP with Stone Belt, you will coordinate with case managers, clients, and other members of client support teams to ensure that services and supports are planned to meet client needs. You'd also assist in overseeing the overall operations of two group homes in Bloomington, providing stable leadership and effective supervision of assigned staff at the sites.
Qualified applicants must possess:
A Bachelor's degree in a related field AND two years' experience in services to persons with developmental disabilities, or eligibility to be designated as a QIDP.
