What You'll Do Account Retention:

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure on-time payments and guest satisfaction.

Field Consultations:

Visit guests in the field to resolve account issues and offer bilingual communication and solutions to keep products in their home.

Deliveries & Setups:

Safely deliver, install, and demonstrate furniture, appliances, and electronics.

Referral Growth:

Act as a brand ambassador across the local community by encouraging guests to spread the word and earn rewards.

Requirements Bilingual Requirement:

Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal communication required; written preferred). The "Hybrid"

Skillset:

Ability to lift 50-75 lbs independently (and up to 300 lbs with a partner or dolly) while maintaining a professional, business-minded attitude.

Driver's License:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record (Must be 21+ for commercial vehicle insurance purposes).

Communication:

Comfortable having firm, empathetic, and professional conversations regarding payments and account renewals.

RTO Experience Preferred:
