Job Title Territory Manager Location Northern Indiana Travel Travel Required Position Overview Northern Indiana manufacturing company is seeking an individual with a strong sales background in the building industry to diversify our sales efforts with new customers and products. The successful candidate will possess the following: Key Qualifications Ability to target and gain new customers and markets through the development and implementation of marketing strategies. Organizational skills, including monitoring inventories, shipments, team performance, and customer satisfaction, and the coordination of customer service. An in-depth understanding of the building industry and manufacturing, including suppliers, distribution channels, financial conventions and practices, costing, pricing, margins, and systems. Computer skills, including experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and integrated manufacturing software systems. A highly effective communication style, including presentation skills, to successfully relate with internal and external customers. A work ethic and philosophy that emphasizes fairness, a high level of integrity, continuous improvement, and a healthy work/life balance. Goal orientation, which strives for success for the individual and for the organization.
