Job Description
Green Team Landscaping & Pools is looking for a full-time Office & Client Relations Coordinator to join our team. This is not just a receptionist position. We're looking for someone who can help keep the day-to-day operations of a busy landscaping and pool company organized, communicate confidently with clients, and take ownership of the tasks on their plate. What you'll be doing: Managing incoming calls, emails, texts, and general client communication Scheduling jobs, appointments, estimates, and service visits Keeping clients updated on scheduling and project timelines Managing accounts receivable and following up on outstanding invoices Assisting with estimates, invoices, customer accounts, and office paperwork Creating and scheduling social media content Taking jobsite/project information and turning it into engaging posts Helping manage Facebook and other social platforms Maintaining organized customer records and schedules Communicating with crews and management to keep information flowing between the field and office Handling customer questions and concerns professionally Assisting with general day-to-day office operations wherever needed We're looking for someone who: Has previous office, administrative, customer service, or similar experience Is comfortable talking with customers on the phone and in writing Is organized and can manage multiple priorities without needing constant direction Has strong written communication and attention to detail Is comfortable with computers, scheduling software, email, and social media Can professionally handle difficult conversations when necessary Is dependable, proactive, and willing to learn Understands that during our busy season, priorities can change quickly Can see something that needs done and take initiative to handle it Experience with accounts receivable, QuickBooks, scheduling/CRM software, Canva, or business social media is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person who already has a solid foundation. This is a full-time, in-office position with Green Team Landscaping & Pools. We're looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our operation—not someone who is simply looking to answer phones.
