Description Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, customer focused, sales professional to manage large key accounts while growing a portfolio of existing customers and developing new business opportunities. They will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail oriented, and has a strong sense of urgency when responding to customer needs. Reports to:
Profit Center Manager Minimum Qualifications:
+ 3+ years of electrical sales experience required (inside or outside sales experience will be considered). + Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and business software.
ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES
: + Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness. + Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of electrical distribution experience. + Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. + Experience managing key customer accounts and growing existing business. + Proven ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
Working Conditions:
+ Primarily works in an office environment with regular use of a computer, phone, and other standard office equipment. + Frequent communication with customers via phone, email, virtual meetings, and occasional in-person meetings. + May require local travel to visit customer sites, attend meetings, or participate in industry events. + Fast-paced environment requiring the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and customer requests simultaneously.

+ Manage and grow a major strategic customer account(s) + Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through exceptional service and responsiveness. + Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share. + Increase sales within existing accounts through cross-selling and account penetration. + Prepare quotations, manage customer inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. + Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and providing effective solutions. + Prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. + Consistently deliver a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
