Sales Account Manager About the Role We are seeking an ambitious, high-energy Sales Account Manager to help drive growth for a rapidly expanding contract packaging and manufacturing organization. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is hungry to learn, highly competitive, and motivated by performance-based rewards. The right candidate will be given the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership, develop relationships with leading consumer brands, and build a substantial income through incentive compensation. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities within consumer goods, beauty, personal care, food, and related industries. Build relationships with key decision makers and procurement teams. Utilize tools like Apollo and Zoho to create a portfolio of leads. Generate both organic and automated outreach programs to maximize potential business opportunities. Prep for and participate in trade shows, eCRM events, and conferences to organically make connections for new business opportunities. Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle from lead generation through contract award. Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data within CRM systems. Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reviews. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred 1 to 5 years of sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing experience. Recent graduates with exceptional drive and internship experience are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Competitive mindset with a desire to win new business. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and comfortable with accountability for results. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Willingness to travel as needed (Travel is estimated at 25-40%)
