Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Associate Financial Professional (Junior Advisor) to support client relationships, provide exceptional service, and assist with business development efforts. This role offers an opportunity to develop advisory skills while helping maintain and grow a financial planning practice. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding client service by responding to client inquiries and maintaining regular communication. Welcome clients and ensure a professional office experience. Maintain accurate client information and documentation in firm systems. Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling. Develop proficiency with Redtail, AdviceWorks, MoneyGuide, FMG Suite, and other firm technology platforms. Conduct client review appointments and identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships. Assist with planning and executing client appreciation and marketing events. Support business development initiatives and referral-generating activities. Collaborate with team members to support client retention and practice growth. Qualifications Active SIE and Life & Health licenses required. Must obtain FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations within six months of hire. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Interest in developing a career in financial services and wealth management. Prior financial services or client service experience is preferred. This position provides a clear path for professional growth while supporting clients and contributing to the success of a growing financial services practice.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
