Senior Technical Account Manager (I&E Focus) East Texas | Western Louisiana | Houston Ship Channel | Lake Charles Corridor I'm partnered with a private equity-backed industrial services platform with strong roots in plant services and a growing footprint across the Gulf Coast. They're building momentum in their Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) division and are looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to help scale the business across key markets. This is not a "run tickets and check boxes" role—this is a true seller-doer position where you'll directly influence revenue growth and operational success.

The Role:

Own and grow relationships with plant engineers, I&E managers, and key decision-makers across refineries, petrochemical, and industrial facilities Work closely with operations leadership to develop and execute work scopes (instrumentation installs, electrical systems, heat tracing, etc.) Support field execution by helping scope jobs— reading/sketching P&IDs, laying out heat tracing, and aligning technical solutions with client needs Drive new business while expanding existing accounts across the Houston Ship Channel, Lake Charles, and broader Gulf region Operate in a seller-doer model —this is hands-on, technical, and commercial

What They're Looking For:

Strong I&E background within industrial or plant environments (oil & gas, petrochemical, refining, etc.) Existing relationships with plant engineers, I&E managers, and maintenance leaders Experience coming from or working alongside groups like major automation providers, industrial contractors, or technical service firms Ability to bridge field execution + client strategy Someone who understands how to build work, not just manage it
