? Medical Billing experience ? Medical Collections experience ? Account Resolution experience in a hospital setting ? Insurance Verification experience ? Hands-on experience with Epic and Meditech ? Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve patient accounts and collection-related issues
- Follow up on outstanding balances and reimbursement matters
- Handle inbound patient and insurance carrier inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage and benefits
- Document account activity accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with client, state, and federal guidelines ?
