  • New England Injured Workers Pharmacy is hiring an Account Manager for our New England Territory.
This individual will be supporting an established territory and customer base. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has a proven track record of quickly building, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through problem solving. The Account Manager works cross-functionally with multiple departments to help navigate our clients' needs and expectations. If you love being on the road, working with people, and bringing energy into every room you walk into, this role is for you. What You'll Do Collaborate with the Territory Manager, New England to build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources in New Hampshire. Provide proactive and consultative support, ensuring high retention and supporting potential revenue growth within our existing client base. Maintain contact with decision makers and office staff, focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship. Work cross-functionally with multiple departments at the home office to ensure a high level of customer service. Multitask, troubleshooting, and respond quickly to client needs. Manage reporting and KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) for regions, clients, and the role. What You'll Need Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of experience as an account manager or associate sales representative Proven capability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers Demonstrated self-confidence and a willingness to learn Solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to travel 60% in and around MA, CT and NH Your home base must be between Metro-West Boston to Central Massachusetts. Ideally between Framingham to Worcester. Your compensation will include a competitive salary, generous benefits, and opportunities for growth and development.   • $70,000, you will participate in a commission program.
With proper utilization of skills and resources, additional variable compensation can be achieved or exceed $22,000.00 annually.
