Purpose
The Specialist supports the growth team by providing back office support for new growth opportunities by managing inbound growth leads, load claiming and reporting, as well as data management within the company SAP system, including the company CRM and work management platform.
Accountabilities Claiming all completed growth work and providing associated reports to management team to track growth results.
Respond to all inbound leads for residential and small commercial
Establish and communicate clear expectations to Liberty customers.
Outbound calls to all residential and small commercial opportunities
Additional outbound calling during the slow-season
Establish and communicate clear expectations to Liberty customers.
Manage input of all residential and small commercial opportunities into company CRM. Data input/management of SAP system as needed.
Education and Experience Experience with CRM systems is required, SAP beneficial
Associates Degree preferred
Prior professional experience performing adnistrative coordination tasks for fast paced team required The pay range for this position is $60,000 to 90,000 annually. Experience and credentials will impact starting salary. Expected base pay will be near the mid-range for the role.
