What you will be doing:
Support customers and sales representatives by providing product ideas, quotes, and executing purchase orders for promotional and proprietary products outside standard programs. Research solutions, source products, and negotiate costs to meet unique customer needs. Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure seamless fulfillment and billing. Resolve client and supplier issues as they arise. Participate in continuous improvement efforts for processes and service delivery.
