Reports To:
Division President Overview We are a well-established landscape construction and maintenance company looking for a driven, customer-focused Landscape Account Manager to help grow our business and strengthen client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a sales-oriented environment, enjoys building long-term partnerships, and takes pride in delivering high-quality landscape services. Primary Responsibilities
  • Sell and renew landscape maintenance contracts to both new and existing clients
  • Sell enhancement and add-on work (plantings, seasonal color, hardscape upgrades, irrigation improvements, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular site visits, communication, and proactive service follow-up
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by being the primary point of contact and quickly addressing concerns or requests
  • Snow removal duties in the winter season, including client communication, overseeing service expectations, and coordination with operations to ensure timely and safe execution Operational Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager, who oversees crews, scheduling, and day-to-day field operations
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure:
  • Work is completed to company quality standards
  • Safety protocols are being followed in the field
  • Client expectations are clearly communicated and met
  • Participate in site walkthroughs and quality checks as needed
  • Help identify and resolve issues before they impact the customer experience Key Performance Indicators
  • Contract retention and renewal rate
  • New contract sales and revenue growth
  • Enhancement sales volume
  • Customer satisfaction and responsiveness
  • Quality of communication with operations and clients Qualifications
  • Experience in landscape sales, account management, or a related service industry
  • Strong ability to sell services and build trust with clients
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Working knowledge of landscape maintenance, enhancement, and snow services
  • Ability to read job sites and understand scope, quality, and safety considerations
