Get in front of customers daily through face-to-face interactions, this is a people business and you'll be right in the middle of it Break down telecommunications, wireless, and internet services in a way that actually makes sense to people Walk customers through new service setups, account activations, plan upgrades, and changes from start to finish Handle questions on services, pricing, and billing on the spot Match customers with the right promotions and plans based on what they actually need, not just what's easiest to sell Track your sales activity, accounts, and transactions accurately every day What We're Looking For in our newEntry Level Client Representative:
