Job Description

This is a full time, but seasonal position needed now until April 1. Responsibilities Supports the operations department with administrative needs, including invoicing and billing. Responsible for coordinating communication and staffing for multiple sites. Ensures that staffing needs are communicated to Human Resources as they arise. Partners with Human Resources to obtain required paperwork from field staff. Schedules, tracks, and provides support materials for meetings. Post-season administrative support. Updates plow maps. Assists with customer relations. Assists with training (in person). Conducts sales calls. Requirements 3+ years experience in office role Strong organizational skills, including multi-tasking and time-management. Articulate and professional on the phone, in email, and in person. Able to collaborate and to build relationships effectively. Possess a customer service mentality with effective de-escalation and problem-solving skills. Proficient with technology including MS Office, database management, and programs specific to a call center. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

$960.00 per week
