As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager to expand existing customer relationships, develop new business opportunities, and serve as a trusted partner to our clients. We are seeking an individual who has a strong operational background and one who understands the importance of managing various moving parts. What You'll Do Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, needs, and concerns Develop a deep understanding of customer objectives, challenges, and technical requirements Deliver exceptional customer service while strengthening strategic partnerships Account Growth & Business Development Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts Develop new opportunities and cultivate long-term customer relationships Drive revenue growth through proactive account management and consultative selling Monitor customer requirements and identify opportunities for additional products and services Strategic Account Planning Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with company objectives Conduct regular account reviews and adjust plans to maximize performance Collaborate with leadership to support business growth initiatives Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams Communicate customer feedback and requirements to support continuous improvement Assist with quoting activities and support new business opportunities within the sales pipeline Technical & Industry Knowledge Develop a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical capabilities Communicate technical solutions and concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive market conditions What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field 3-5 years of account management, business development, or technical sales experience Experience working within manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or technical environments Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience in precision machining, fabrication, contract manufacturing, semiconductor, aerospace, medical device, or advanced manufacturing industries Ability to understand and communicate technical products, services, and manufacturing capabilities Experience supporting quoting processes and customer proposal development Why Join Us?
