About the Role We are seeking an Account Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with floral customers throughout the Boston Metropolitan area. This is an outside sales role focused on consultative selling, customer retention, and business growth. You will spend significant time in the field meeting with customers, identifying opportunities, and positioning BloomNet's solutions to drive success. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through in-person visits, phone, and virtual meetings Conduct sales presentations to communicate the value of BloomNet's products and services Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, follow-up, negotiation, and closing deals Develop and execute strategic follow-up plans to increase customer engagement and revenue Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to effectively position solutions Maintain accurate sales activity and customer records within CRM systems (Salesforce) Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Qualifications 2-3 years of outside sales or account management experience Proven ability to build relationships and exceed sales targets Strong consultative sales skills and customer-focused mindset Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong time management and ability to work independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Compensation Base salary: $55,000 - $65,000 annually Additional earning potential through commission Compensation is based on experience, skills, and internal equity Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and company holidays Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and mental health resources Flexible Spending Account (FSA) / Health Savings Account (HSA) Employee discounts across our family of brands Career growth and development opportunities
