Job Description

Job Overview The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing existing client relationships while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing service delivery, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to expand services. The Account Manager plays a key role in retention, client experience, and revenue stability.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts Build strong, long-term relationships with clients across hospitality, events, and commercial sectors Conduct regular check-ins to ensure service satisfaction and identify needs Maintain detailed account records, preferences, and service history Account Growth & Retention Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities (linen services, event rentals, uniform programs, etc.) Proactively address client concerns to ensure retention and contract longevity Monitor account performance and recommend service improvements Assist in contract renewals and service adjustments Operational Coordination Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, drivers, office staff) to ensure seamless service delivery Track service schedules, deliveries, and client-specific requirements Resolve service issues quickly and efficiently Ensure accuracy of orders, invoices, and service execution Communication & Reporting Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams Prepare account reports, service summaries, and client updates Track key account metrics and provide feedback to leadership
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of account management or client-facing experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in hospitality, event rentals, laundry, or service-based industries Familiarity with CRM systems Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Pay:
$54,160.07 - $65,225.04 per year
