We're looking for a Senior Registered Client Associate to: maintain client information and ongoing due diligence requirements with accuracy and attention to detail support Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals, families, trusts, and related entities by delivering a high-touch, white-glove client experience understand and stay up-to-date on UBS products, services, protocols, and procedures assist clients with all administrative and operational tasks including account opening/transfer, disbursements and deposits, statements and reports, online services, and banking services help coordinate and process requests involving complex account structures, estate planning arrangements, and multi-generational wealth relationships support Sr. Team members with client meeting scheduling, logistics, preparation, and paperwork; meet weekly to review progress and results proactively anticipate client needs, resolve issues efficiently, and identify opportunities to create memorable client experiences and "wow" moments complete firm-initiated projects participate in team projects, dinners, trips, and meetings The team You will be working with a Bethesda-based Financial Advisor team serving UHNW families. Your skills and experience ideally 5+ years of experience in a Client Associate role Demonstrated experience supporting UHNW clients with complex wealth structures and service needs SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses required bachelor's degree preferred Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to exercise discretion and handle highly confidential client information Accountable, proactive, and comfortable contributing ideas and participating in team discussions Dedicated to delivering a white-glove client experience and building trusted relationships Growth mindset with a desire to learn, improve, and take on increasing responsibility Able to act with urgency while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.
