Job Description

Licensed Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member Looking for a part-time job that provides meaningful work and competitive compensation? Consider a position in a State Farm agent's office. We are looking to add a bilingual (English/Spanish) team member to our work family. We are an experienced and customer-focused small business. If you like a friendly, productive, and nurturing work environment, then this could be the opportunity for you. Prior insurance experience is preferred and will be compensated, but we are willing to train if you are willing to learn. Are you outgoing and customer-focused? Do you enjoy working with the public? State Farm agents are entrepreneurs that market only State Farm insurance and financial service products. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.

Spanish Responsibilities:
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. As an agent team member, you will receive: 25 to 30 of flexible paid work hours Base salary in the range of $30,000-$40,000 (depending on experience and hours) + Commission Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement in my office
