About Us We're a small, tight-knit firm committed to delivering thoughtful, comprehensive financial planning to individuals and families. SUMMARY As a Client Experience Associate, you'll play a key role in managing and executing marketing and client events, campaign, e-mail and website design and maintenance, scheduling annual client financial reviews, and following up with prospective clients and leads. Also, you'll play a role in executing the marketing strategy on firm wide business development efforts.
SALARY & BENEFITS
$50,000 - $60,000 plus structured bonuses. Base Salary will be based on education and experience. Year-end profit sharing contribution up to 15%, 4% 401(k) matching, quarterly bonus, health insurance, and other employee lifestyle benefits.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIREMENTS:
Schedule client annual financial reviews weekly Manage and execute communications with clients and prospective clients Abide by brand standards in the development of Communications or Sales campaigns and materials Experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Play an active role in client and prospective Development roles preferred client document and data management and recordkeeping Provide basic graphic design support and campaign design working collaboratively with creative team vendors As with any small company job duties have a tendency, and need, to be fluid at times to ensure the company runs smoothly. Because of this the employee should be prepared to assist other departments with different job duties as the need arises to ensure the team effort is executed successfully.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience/Education High School Diploma Experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development roles preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Computer Skills Very Proficient in, Excel, Spreadsheet, and Client-Relationship Management Software (CRM).
