Job Description:

Personal Lines Account Manager - Hybrid (3 days remote per week) Our client, an independent insurance brokerage agency, is searching for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to manage a book of middle market personal lines accounts, with a small percentage of high-net-worth accounts. Responsibilities include general daily servicing of acounts, renewals, marketing and remarketing, and rounding accounts when relevant. Key Responsibilities Daily servicing of assigned personal lines accounts Maintain accurate data in agency management systems Review policies and documents for consistency and compliance Communicate with clients and underwriters to address inquiries and gather information Analyze insurance-related contract requirements Provide excellent customer service and contribute positively to the team environment Qualifications Active and valid State of Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance account management Proficiency AMS360 and/or Applied EPIC preferred Perks Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability Pension program, profit sharing, holiday bonuses, flex hours, and continuing education
