PERSONAL LINES RENEWAL AGENT FULL TIME

Superior Insurance Group is looking for a Personal Lines Renewal Agent who takes ownership, communicates with confidence, and understands that retention is built through trust and expertise. This is not a back office role. This is a client facing position where you guide decisions, improve coverage, and strengthen relationships. If you are someone who follows through, takes responsibility, and wants to be part of a growing and high performing team, this is the opportunity. What You Will Do You will manage a book of personal lines clients through the renewal process by reviewing pre marketed options, advising clients, and helping them make confident coverage decisions. You will not be quoting from scratch. The work is prepared for you so you can focus on strategy, communication, and execution. Your Responsibilities Review renewal options and understand pricing and coverage before contacting the client. Proactively reach out to clients ahead of renewal. Clearly explain coverage, options, and recommendations. Guide clients toward the best protection based on their needs. Follow up consistently until decisions are finalized. Document all activity and ensure accuracy in the system. Identify opportunities to improve coverage and round out accounts. What Success Looks Like High retention across your book of business. Clients trust your advice and feel taken care of. Coverage is improved year over year. You take full ownership of your accounts and results. You follow through on everything. Compensation Competitive base salary with total earning potential up to $60,000 per year based on performance. Performance based bonuses tied to retention and account growth. Additional Bonus Opportunities Retention bonus based on overall book performance. Additional bonus for cross selling and improving account structure such as adding umbrella, increasing limits, and bundling policies. Experience is helpful but not required. Supportive team environment that is goal driven and results focused. Clear expectations and strong internal support. What We Are Looking For Active Property and Casualty license required. Life license preferred. Personal lines experience preferred. Strong communication and relationship skills. Ability to confidently explain coverage and guide decisions. Organized and accountable with strong follow through.
