Help Customers Find the Right Telecommunications Solutions Great customer experiences start with great conversations. The Mitt is hiring Entry Level Customer Account Representatives to work with a leading telecommunications provider throughout the Detroit area. In this role, you'll meet directly with customers, answer questions, explain available services, and help individuals make informed decisions based on their needs. We're looking for people who enjoy interacting with others and take pride in creating positive customer experiences. No previous telecommunications experience is necessary—we provide paid training from day one. A Typical Day Includes Meeting with customers throughout the community Explaining available telecommunications services Helping customers compare available service options Assisting customers through the enrollment process Ensuring customers understand their selected services Creating a positive and professional customer experience Why People Enjoy This Position Every day is different.
