Full Job Description Description:
AUO Mobility Solutions Corporation is a global leader in display, climate control, control panel, and advanced in-cabin electronic solutions for the automotive industry. As our operations continue to grow, we are seeking an Account Manager to support business expansion and strategic customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Business Development & RFQs Drive new business development and customer acquisition within the automotive OEM and Tier 1 supplier ecosystem. Own the end-to-end
RFQ/RFI/RFP
process, including commercial terms, pricing strategy, quotations, and negotiations. Conduct pricing, margin, and cost analysis to support competitive and profitable bids. Customer & Partner Management Serve as the primary commercial interface for major OEM and Tier 1 customers. Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers and strategic partners. Partner closely with distributors and internal stakeholders to grow account penetration and add long-term value. Program Execution & Launch Support Coordinate cross-functional efforts with engineering, program managers and other stakeholders to support sample builds, pre-production activities, SOP readiness, and program ramp-up. Support forecasting and capacity planning to ensure on-time and successful program launches. Market & Strategy Monitor market trends, competitive activity, tariffs, and geopolitical factors to inform pricing and go-to-market strategies. Develop account and market strategies to achieve or exceed revenue and growth targets.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in automotive business development, account management, or commercial strategy, with hands-on RFQ experience Proven success managing OEM and Tier 1 customer relationships at the executive level. Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or engineering. Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority. Analytical mindset with experience evaluating business opportunities and driving actionable outcomes. Familiarity with automotive technologies such as TFT displays, touch systems, ECUs, control panels, and climate control solutions. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%. Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.
