As an Account Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers to foster loyalty and repeat business Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase sales Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products, programs, and solutions Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account activity, and sales opportunities using company systems Monitor and manage key sales metrics, including sales volume, revenue, gross profit, customer retention, and new business development Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives Initiate outbound calls and emails to generate leads and drive business growth Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective account management Qualifications 5+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or business development Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and team members Valid drivers license Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options Short and long term disability coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) and sick time Paid holidays Experience and License Requirements Account Management Business Development
