The CRC is accountable for servicing the network office's unassigned clients to ensure that their financial security needs are met and the promise of Northwestern Mutual to provide personalized and holistic financial planning is upheld.
DUTIES FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITIED TO
Schedules for client appointments (primarily via phone call) on behalf of financial representatives Organizes and maintains unassigned client data Provides support for client transitions due to planned or unplanned financial representative transitions Handles incoming service requests relating to all Northwestern Mutual products Responds to regulatory requirements Proactively reconnects with unassigned clients (lead generation): Identifies client leads to share with financial representatives; Researches clients to effectively approach; Manages CRC clients (assigned and unassigned) Expected to obtain Life, Accident & Health (LAH) Resident Producer license within first 3 months of hire (study materials and support provided)
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE
Two
  • or four-year degree (preferred) Three or more years' experience in customer and client service Two or more years' experience in professional business environment General insurance and investment experienced beneficial Knowledge of licensing and registration laws in the insurance and investment industry beneficial
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong customer relationship and service skills Effective time management Excellent written and oral communication skills
