Job Description
Your tasks Builds, develops, and maintains strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth, customer satisfaction, and retention. Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely resolution of customer questions, concerns, and service needs. Develops a thorough understanding of customer businesses, objectives, and operational requirements to identify opportunities for added value and growth. Conducts regular customer outreach and account reviews to strengthen relationships, assess satisfaction, and align solutions with evolving business needs. Identifies opportunities to expand existing business through additional products, services, and solutions that support customer objectives. Collaborates with internal teams to coordinate customer onboarding, training, implementation activities, and ongoing account support. Addresses technical and business-related issues by working with customers and internal stakeholders to develop effective solutions. Prepares and delivers account updates, business reviews, sales activity reports, and other customer-related communications. Develops annual account plans and sales forecasts to support customer growth and achieve revenue objectives. Maintains accurate customer records, account activity, forecasts, and opportunity information within the company CRM system. Your Profile Bachelor of Business Administration and/or Engineering Degree from four-year college or university. Three years of technical sales experience within the US automotive industry.
