We specialize in the design, development, and manufacturing of high-quality automotive graphics and functional films. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Control Customer Contact to join our team. Position Summary The ideal candidate will have experience interpreting Tier 1 automotive release schedules and managing customer-driven production requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of OEM inventory control and demand forecasting. Success in this position requires excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor monthly sales forecast validating release data and customer trends Validates EDI forecast for short and medium term assigned accounts. Timely completes reconciliation of OEM inventory records. Participate in decision making for long term service requirements and reserve planning. Key customer contact for assigned OEM accounts. Plans, places and follow up to weekly supplier's orders. Run weekly MRP (monthly reporting planning) Identifies potential inventory problems and takes corrective action which includes processing cancellations, order changes to the supplier and expedition of special request orders Constant monitoring of assigned accounts using daily, weekly and monthly reports and delivery plans.
