Summary 700Credit is looking for a reliable Client Training Associate to join the team at our headquarters in Southfield, MI . This person will support the training and success of clients on our LMS platform, and manage the migration of dealers to our platform or partner platform. The ideal candidate should have strong client relationship skills, effective communication abilities, and comfort working in a fast-paced, client service environment. Responsibilities Guide clients through process improvement: Provide guidance and support on business process improvement and best practices during LMS training and migration to ensure high success and client adoption of the software.
Follow migration standards and documentation:
Adhere to installation standards, project plans, and related documentation to ensure a high level of success during setup and training.
Handle LMS support cases:
Manage LMS support related cases as they arise.
Handle Adverse Action inquiries:
Address Adverse Action letter inquiries from dealer clients' consumers and assist with credit disputes as needed.
Coordinate across teams:
Exchange routine information with setup, implementation, support, and customer success teams, including priorities, timelines, and issues as they arise.
Track client communications:
Record all communications with clients for accurate reference and reporting.
Drive project completion and satisfaction:
Direct and perform follow up as necessary to complete projects and elicit customer satisfaction.
Surface referral opportunities:
Identify and surface referral opportunities for compliance solutions during dealer interactions.
Support team collaboration:
Contribute as a positive team member by supporting colleagues in a productive and constructive manner.
Manage client migrations end-to-end:
Own the migration of existing clients from beginning to end, partnering with management and the broader team to determine client needs.
Serve as primary client contact:
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the migration process.
Manage escalations and internal communication:
Act as an escalation point for client concerns and facilitate internal communications as needed during the training and migration process.
Requirements:
Required Skills and Experience Experience working in a client service environment strongly preferred, but not required Strong client relationship skills with the ability to manage multiple demands effectively Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience Working knowledge of dealership processes and the ability to support best practices around LMS migration and implementation preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team
