Job:
In this role, you will communicate with customers through phone and email to receive and process orders to proper specifications and to ensure 100% on time delivery. You will work with others in the sales department to schedule orders with multiple departments in the processing operation. The work schedule is Monday- Friday 7:30am
- 4:30 pm, with a one hour lunch period (occasional after hours work may be required).
What we are looking for:
This position requires an individual who excels in organizational skills, the ability to multitask and is able to work and communicate very well with others. It is helpful to be competent with Microsoft Office applications and general computer operations. A college level education is preferred from any degree field. No experience in job responsibilities or in the Steel industry is required. We fully expect to provide a considerable amount of training to prepare you for the responsibilities of the job. About Voss Taylor Voss Taylor is a family owned steel processing facility that has been in operation since 1968. Our parent company Voss Industries was founded in 1951 in the Detroit, Michigan area. Voss Industries also includes Voss Cark, a steel processing facility in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Voss Taylor has over 400,000 square feet of manufacturing space. We process steel for many industries including auto manufacturing, appliance, furniture, and construction. Competitive monthly salary + overtime (not commission based) $60K + in first full year Production Bonus Plan (after employed for 4 months) o Monthly bonus (approx. $1100/mo) o Mid-Year bonus (10% of monthly bonuses paid in Jan- July) o Year End bonus (25% of all monthly bonuses and mid-year bonus) Excellent benefits: Competitive Health and Dental
