What You'll Do Talk with customers to understand their insurance needs. Provide friendly, helpful customer service. Prepare quotes and explain coverage options. Follow up with leads and existing customers. Build strong, long-term customer relationships. Identify opportunities to offer additional coverage. Assist with policy changes, renewals, and account questions. Keep customer information accurate and up to date. Work with the team to meet sales and service goals.
