We're looking for a Client Account Representative to join our growing Minneapolis team. As a Client Account Representative, you'll play an important role in creating exceptional customer experiences while building valuable business skills. Your Day-to-Day as a Client Account Representative Build genuine connections with prospective customers by learning about their needs, priorities, and connectivity goals. Introduce our products and services through informative, consultative conversations tailored to each customer. Guide customers through the enrollment process with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail from start to finish. Deliver responsive follow-up and ongoing support to create a seamless customer experience and encourage long-term satisfaction. Clearly explain available plans, features, and promotions so customers can make informed decisions with confidence. Keep customer records organized and ensure enrollment documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. Partner with teammates to share ideas, celebrate successes, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing work environment. Continue expanding your communication, customer relations, and business development skills through hands-on coaching and professional training. What We're Looking For in a Client Account Representative High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus. Strong verbal communication and relationship-building abilities. A positive attitude with a desire to learn, improve, and take on new challenges. Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or another customer-facing role is helpful but not required.
