The Company:
Whitney Sleep Diagnostics & Consultants has been providing comprehensive sleep medicine services to patients for over a decade. Our mission is to serve patients in areas where access to sleep medicine has been limited. We collaborate with hospitals in rural Midwest communities to offer them a sleep medicine program tailored to yield positive patient outcomes.
The Position:
We are looking for a full-time Clinical Support Representative in our DME/Supplies Department for the Detroit Lakes, MN office that would be able to supply patients with Durable Medical Equipment (DME)- CPAP, BIPAP, etc.. as prescribed by the physician by managing inbound and outbound phone calls as well as packing supplies, placing new orders, and managing inventory. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer support role Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Familiarity with handling inventory, packaging, electronic health records (EHR), insurance, and multi-line phone systems Knowledge of HIPAA policies and guidelines Proficient in operating computers and Microsoft Office Ability to multi-task, set priorities, pay attention to details, and manage time effectively Work well in a team dynamic as well as independently Why should you apply?
