CADI Supervisor

Northwood Children's Services is currently looking to fill the position of CADI supervisor. This is a full time, salaried position. General Description The House Supervisor assumes a leadership function for the home in which he/she is assigned. The primary duties include the planning, supervising, organizing, communicating and coordinating functions that achieve CADI home and agency objectives. Core responsibilities include coaching and development of staff and case management. This is an exempt position within the agency. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree plus one (1) year of experience in residential treatment OR Two (2) years' experience in other related human services work.
