Account Specialist (Full-Time) The Account Specialist plays a key role in supporting our Sales Representatives and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This position is essential to maintaining accurate order processing, timely product delivery, and strong communication with both customers and vendors. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role that requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with Sales Representatives to support customer accounts Accurately enter and manage customer orders Purchase and track products to meet delivery timelines Receive, check in, and organize incoming freight Tag and prepare products for distribution Communicate effectively with vendors and customers Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries Participate in monthly and quarterly team meetings

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask across data entry, customer service, and sales support Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
