Responsibilities Working knowledge of Property and Casualty Insurance Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and customer service Manage administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and account activities Collaborate with team members to achieve overall success and objectives Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly Stay informed about industry developments, carrier coverages and market changes Experience Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in an office setting MN Residence Insurance Producer license in Property & Casualty preferred but not required Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess policy language and client needs Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly to clients and insurance carriers Join us as a Personal Lines Account Representative where you can leverage your skills in a supportive environment that values professional growth and success!
