Job Description
Job description: D&H Trucking is a trucking company located in Washington, MO specializing in pickup and delivery services of general freight in a regional footprint. We are seeking a competent office professional that has experience in a logistics or trucking office. An ideal candidate will be able to self-manage and multi-task several different tasks on a daily basis. Duties
ORDER ENTRY
- Entering customer orders BILLING
- Validating and updating orders based upon BOL imaging OS&D
- Overages / Shortages / Damages management and processing
INVOICING
- Creating batch invoicing to customers
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
- Entering / Validating / Planning / Paying vendor and partner invoices
ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE
- Entering / Processing customer payments
ORGANIZATION
- Filling of daily operational paperwork
CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Providing customer quotes / Phone calls / Emails / In person visits
QUALITY REVIEW
- Auditing of customer invoices Requirements Must be able to work 0830a-0500p shift, Monday through Friday Experience in a trucking or logistics office
HIGHLY PREFERRED
Knowledge of freight billing (classes / minimums / accessorials)HIGHLY PREFERRED
