As an AT&T Account Manager, you are passionate about delivering the right internet solution for homeowners. Through in-person consultations, the AT&T Account Manager will clearly articulate how fiber technology provides a faster, more stable connection that cable simply cannot match. Core Functions of the AT&T Account Manager Talk to clients in-person, establishing AT&T Fiber accounts with confidence. Develop retention strategies that convert one‑time activations into long‑term subscribers. Ensure seamless activations and accurate contract processing for every client. Showcase AT&T Fiber's immunity to peak‑hour lag as a retention advantage. Promote All‑Fi Pro hardware and Wi‑Fi 7 coverage as account differentiators Track conversions and feedback, refining account strategies for future success. Education & Experience Needed for the AT&T Account Manager High school diploma or GED required. Experience in account management or sales, demonstrating success in guiding clients through service enrollments and upgrades. Effective at differentiating AT&T Fiber from competitors, emphasizing speeds and advanced security as account advantages. Disciplined and detail‑focused, ensuring accurate CRM documentation, billing, and account lifecycle management.
