Job Description

Parish Tractor is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-driven Rental Manager to lead and grow our rental department in Meridian, MS! This role oversees rental operations, fleet performance, team development, and the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day rental operations, including scheduling, contracts, and invoicing Maintain and optimize rental fleet availability, utilization, and condition Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely maintenance and repairs Grow rental revenue and customer retention Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and contractors Train, coach, and support rental team members to meet performance goals Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and documentation requirements Monitor KPIs such as utilization, revenue, and equipment downtime
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred) Minimum 2+ years experience in equipment rental, dealership operations, or a related industry (preferred) Knowledge of Kubota equipment or similar brands is a strong plus Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Customer-focused with strong communication skills Ability to analyze data and make business-driven decisions Proficiency in computer systems and rental software (or ability to learn) Why Join Parish Tractor?
