ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following: Other duties may be assigned, safely performing all duties. Visit customer sites several times per week. This job can be part time or full time with flexible hours. Pay will be commensurate with experience and hours/benefits provided. Able to read and understand blue prints using AutoCAD, Mastercam, or other program. Able to "reverse engineer" and sketch parts to be machined or fabricated. Ability to establish if a part needs to go to the machine shop or fabrication shop for manufacturing. Able to calculate material usage and prepare a materials list from drawing dimensions. Maintain housekeeping duties in order to keep work area neat, clean, safe and stocked. Operate various saws, grinders, sanders, hoists, and other machine shop equipment if required. Safely operate forklift as required. Able to prepare Word or Excel documents for quotes. Take and resolve complaints from customers while being positive to negative criticism. Ability to prioritize tasks according to the importance in a fast paced environment. Must maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times. Excellent customer service skills are required. Other duties as assigned by the Shop Foreman or other members of management.

Ability to follow directions & comply with standards of performance and make corrections when instructed. Ability to work independently as well as with a team. Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including being available for overtime and on-call assignments. Ability to read and write at a level sufficient to complete basic paperwork associated with the job, such as timesheets and written job-related reports. Ability to operate a forklift at the location that you work. Meet company drug screen, criminal background and driving record standards.

Employee spends the majority of the day walking. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds assisted. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment will frequently contain one or more of the following: loud machine noises, risk of cuts, abrasions, electrical shock, vibration and pinch points from high-speed cutting devices and pressing devices. Personal Protective Equipment, engineering controls, defined procedures, and specialized training are provided to reduce hazard exposure risks. This position is required to also participate in our customer's safety training.
WORK HOURS
An Account Representative can be full-time or part-time with flexible hours to match the needs of the customers.
DRESS CODE
An Account Representative is required to wear long pants, Steel-toed work shoes, and shirts appropriate for a manufacturing environment (not loose, baggy or ripped).
