Our growing practice is seeking fully licensed LCSWs, LMFTs, and LCMHCs, as well as qualified associates , to join our team. This is a contract position designed to give clinicians the flexibility to practice in a way that works for them—without having to manage the business side of private practice on their own. What We Offer Competitive earning potential: $75,000-$106,000 annually Your own private office space Flexible scheduling — create a schedule that works for you Administrative support for scheduling, billing, and collections Collaborative team environment Peer consultation and clinical support Opportunities for professional growth The ability to focus on your clients and clinical work , rather than administrative tasks Compensation Compensation is based on approximately 24-34 client hours per week : 24 client hours/week: $75,000 annually 34 client hours/week: $106,000 annually Actual compensation may vary based on client hours, caseload, and other factors.
